Kinetic plc was established in 1983 at a time when flexible working was becoming established enabling businesses to manage their workforces in line with their production cycles.
Opportunities for recruitment companies were vast with clear decisions to be made as to which markets should be entered into. The early strategy for Kinetic was to focus on manufacturing and engineering within the U.K. predominantly as a result of being established in the North West where manufacturing was a core activity for the economy and still remain to be to this day.
