IRC225917 – DCS CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR
At Eni, we are looking for a DCS Control Room Supervisor within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. You will be supervising control room activities and process parameters in accordance with Eni safety standards to safeguard the asset and achieve operation targets.
As a member of the Production department you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the implementation of safety and operation instructions
- Ensuring the regular survey of the operating parameters
- Planning the working activities of production operators during the shift
- Application of permit to work system for all activities
- Monitoring and control of all plant process parameters conditions
- Reporting of failures and implementation of appropriate remedial actions
- Ensuring the safeguard of the environment throughout the operation
- Constant monitoring of the control panels
- Coordination of external operator for plant operation
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with Eni safety standards
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Degree or technical diploma
- Significant experience in oil and gas plant or refinery and in the requested area of expertise
- Intermediate knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Commissioning planning, plant start-up and plant management knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
